You can delete the data Marketing Kit holds about you at any time. Marketing Kit stores only your account (name, e-mail, the Google or Meta account identifier you signed in with) and the encrypted access tokens of the services you connected. Your advertising and analytics data is not stored.
Your account and all connected tokens are deleted immediately, and the tokens are revoked at Google and Meta.
Open marketing-kit.app/connections and press Disconnect next to Google or Meta. The token for that service is deleted and revoked.
On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select Marketing Kit → Remove. Then delete your Marketing Kit account as described above, or ask us to.
Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address of your account. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
